Shipping
Free worldwide shipping. All orders are dispatched from Portugal, and include a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within Portugal and the EU, and 10–14 business days for international shipments.
Packaging
Every painting is shipped fully stretched on canvas and securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box. It arrives ready to hang and is never rolled in a tube.
I use mostly paper-based packaging, including cardboard and paper tape, keeping plastic to a minimum. Bubble wrap and moisture-resistant film are used when needed to protect the artwork during shipping.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Returns are handled in accordance with our official return policy.
Authenticity
The painting is signed by the artist on both the front and back, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
