Shipping policy
1. Shipping Origin
All artworks are shipped directly from Portugal.
2. Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping is included with every artwork purchase.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are not included and may be payable by the recipient, as explained below.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Europe and the UK: 5–7 business days
- USA: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
All artworks are shipped using a tracked delivery service.
A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise specified, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs clearance procedures may also affect delivery times.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an address correction is required, please contact irina@irina-anis.com as soon as possible.
Address changes may be possible before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
8. Shipping Issues
If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact irina@irina-anis.com.
Assistance will be provided in investigating and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the seller's control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, and carrier disruptions. Such circumstances do not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
