Paintings from a studio by the ocean
I’m Irina, an artist living and working in Portugal, where my home studio overlooks the ocean.
My paintings begin with things I notice: a quiet gesture, flowers on a table, a landscape changing with the light. Some of these moments stay with me and become paintings.
Today, my work is featured in leading online galleries, and my paintings live in homes around the world.
Studied art at the Stroganov Academy, Moscow.
Lives and works in Portugal.

Working primarily in oil, I use color to explore how a moment feels. Sometimes it becomes a portrait, sometimes a garden, or a view of the coast.
