Refund policy

1. Return Period: You may return your paintings within 14 days of receiving them.

2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unused. All original packaging materials should be retained.

3. Return Process:

• Please contact me via email (irina.anis.art@gmail.com) to notify me of your intention to return the item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

• I will provide you with return instructions and, if necessary, the return address.

4. Refunds: After receiving the returned item, I will inspect its condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges: At this time, I do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different painting, please place a new order.

6. Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the received item was damaged or incorrect.

• Please carefully review your orders before purchasing, as I do not accept returns on paintings that were specially ordered or made to customer specifications.

• I reserve the right to modify our return policy. Any changes will be posted on my website.
