The Best Time of Day for My Creative Work
Partager
I am an artist, and at the beginning of the year it is especially important for me to return to a calm and sustainable working rhythm. Not through forcing myself or waiting for inspiration, but through paying close attention to how I actually function.
Today I want to share the first insight that truly helps me work. Understanding my most effective hours. I have noticed that my most productive time is between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. During these hours my thoughts feel clear, my hand moves with confidence, and the process flows more naturally.
In the evening, quite unexpectedly, my efficiency drops significantly. There is a common stereotype that artists find inspiration at night, but this does not apply to me. I now reserve evenings for rest, observation, and recovery, without expecting creative results.
Accepting my natural rhythm instead of constantly pushing against it has helped me regain balance and gradually return to a steady working process. In future posts, I will share more of these observations.
